I am a bioinformatician and dedicated scientist interested in (post-) transcriptional RNA regulation and cancer biology. Trained developer for bioinformatic pipelines and main developer of the BindingSiteFinder R/Bioconductor package. I like to communicate my results through high-level data visualizations and dynamic dashboards.
